These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cactus Ridge Services website and services. By using our website, submitting a service request, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cactus Ridge Services provides residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in North Texas. All work is performed under Texas licenses TACLA37051C · TECL40655 · M18000. Estimates, availability, and scheduling are subject to change and confirmed in writing (including SMS or email).

2. Appointments, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are provided in writing before non-emergency work begins where practical.
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before service.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations should be made as early as possible so we can serve other customers.

3. Warranty

Workmanship and parts warranties are provided as described on your invoice or work authorization. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by the manufacturer.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Cactus Ridge Services and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

• Program description. Cactus Ridge Services sends SMS messages related to service scheduling, appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and occasional service reminders.
• Consent. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Cactus Ridge Services at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Cactus Ridge Services does not charge for SMS.
• Opt-out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
• Help. Reply HELP to any text for assistance, or contact us at 940-227-3103.
• Supported carriers. Messaging is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site is owned by Cactus Ridge Services or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cactus Ridge Servicesdoes not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service work is warranted only as described on your written invoice or agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cactus Ridge Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or from SMS communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cactus Ridge Services and its employees from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wise County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
