  • Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service providers that help us deliver SMS messages (for example, a messaging platform) process phone numbers only to transmit our messages on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using them for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate our business (scheduling, dispatch, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, hosting, analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
